Estimates
Estimates give a prospective client an idea of the typical cost for a cleaning – they are non-binding. If the cleaning takes less or more time than we estimated you will be charged accordingly. We offer in person estimates instead of phone estimates when clients request them, if there is enough time before the cleaning day.
All cleanings except maintenance cleanings (see below) are priced by Man/hour: the crew keeps track of arrival and departure times; then the price is determined by multiplying each crew member’s hours by the current per worker rate, and adding charges for each worker.
Comprehensive Cleaning –
Comprehensive cleanings typically take 2 hours per every 500 square feet, if house is somewhat but not very neglected. All work is guaranteed. if we missed anything, or it wasn’t done to your satisfaction, we will fix it, at no additional cost to you. Please try to de-clutter as much as possible prior to our arrival. You will save money that way. We mostly do wet work and buff dry, using more force where needed, until surfaces look as new as they can.
Modified Comprehensive Cleanings –
This type of cleaning generally take 1.5 hours per 500 sq. ft. We recommend that you let us determine what needs more or less attention. This saves you time (money) but we cannot guarantee the work to the same standard as a comprehensive cleaning. Only places that have been regularly maintained, and are in fairly clean condition, qualify for this service.
Move-in Cleanings –
These can be comprehensive or modified comprehensive, where applicable, and include interior of appliances, such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets.
Spring Cleaning –
Comprehensive cleaning that includes organizing the interiors of cabinets that contain things.
We also clean window screens and moulding between window and screen.
Maintenance Cleanings–
All areas that are marked with bold typeface in the standard cleaning list (see below) are always cleaned while keeping a a keen eye for things to clean that are not marked in bold.

Blinds:
Inform us of total number of blinds to clean and of the condition they are in, if you want them to be reflected in the estimate. if they are cheap blinds and are very dirty, it’s cheaper to buy new ones.
*Please inform us of the presence of mold. If there is a large amount, you may need to hire a professional mold abatement team. We can try, but not guarantee, to get rid of mold, and it will be additional time to the estimate.
**Grout can take a long time to clean. If grout is in bad shape this will not be reflected in the estimate, but please inform us.
We make non-toxic cleaning supplies infused with aromatherapy and flower essences. We also, at an additional cost, offer custom scents or "signature" scents, which can be added to our cleaning agents or diffused into the air (ambient aromatherapy). We use therapeutic grade essential oils, and our products are like breathing outside air from a forest or flower garden.
